RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct internal and external examinations (theory & practical) as per JNTUK
- Intimate examination schedule to staff & students by displaying on the notice-boards
- Preparation of time-tables, invigilation duty charts
- Ensures seat allotment in the examination halls as per university guidelines
- Take measures against misconduct during examinations
- Maintain confidentiality in the setting of question paper for internal exams as well as down loading the question paper for end exams in exam section
- Ensures that adequate stationery is available
- Ensures fair evaluation of answer scripts and the return of the same by faculty on time
- Ensures the upload of marks on the university portal on time and maintenance of internal/ external result data
- Ensures the display of internal assessment and end exam results on notice boards
- Maintains the data of external examiners and deputation of in-house teachers as external examiners/ observers/ spot evaluators
- Preparation and submission of annual exam report to Institutional Development Cell
